Where hearts find their rhythm

Enter if you dare….

Hi, I’m Alexandra

If you’ve ever felt alone, unseen, or like you’re not truly chosen…

I get it. I’ve been there.

If part of you feels like it’s always proving itself or reshaping who you are… you’re not alone.

You can experience a relationship that feels alive, playful, devoted, and deeply real.

And sometimes, those shifts happen quietly.

This work is the opposite of strategy or “doing.” We flip that into being. In this state, things around you change faster than you ever expected.

Inside this work, you’ll begin to cultivate:

🖤 A quiet, unshakable confidence that comes from living in your truth
🖤 A deeper relationship with yourself—one that softens your heart while strengthening your boundaries
🖤 Romance and connection that deepen over time
🖤 Emotional tools you’ll carry for life
🖤 A way of living and loving that brings intimacy and meaning into the everyday moments

As a counsellor, psychodynamic therapist and coach, I guide these shifts with care, insight, and lived understanding

Desire doesn’t begin with rules

When you fill up your world with softness, presence and joy, the right people don’t just arrive, they stay.

Hi, I’m Alex. 🖤

I help people build self-trust, presence, and deeper connection to themselves and others. My approach blends reflective exploration with actionable steps, grounded in authenticity, integrity, and human experience.

I’m an accredited ACA counsellor, ICF coach, qualified relationship coach, and practicing psychodynamic therapist. My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience: a journey through creativity, self-discovery, and learning to feel fully and authentically.

Before therapy and coaching, I spent my teens and twenties immersed in creative work—painting faces professionally, exploring music and art, and honoring emotions in every form. These experiences shaped my belief that connecting deeply with yourself and others is essential to a full life.

I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood, unseen, or alone; to carry self-doubt, fear, or shame. I’ve lived the struggle of wanting to feel safe in my own skin and fully seen in relationships. These experiences inform the empathy, presence, and sensitivity I bring to my work with clients.

Early in my twenties, I completed a yearlong gender equality training, exploring how people are often silenced to fit in. This became a defining moment in reclaiming my voice and understanding power dynamics in relationships, solidifying my identity as a feminist and activist.

Professionally, I’ve worked alongside psychologists with clients experiencing complex mental health challenges. My focus now is on creating a space where people of all genders, sexualities, and experiences—including those navigating trauma, addiction, neurodivergence, or LGBTQI+ identities—can feel safe, seen, and supported.

In sessions with me, you’re invited to explore, feel, and grow without judgment. Together, we’ll cultivate connection, presence, and a deeper trust in yourself—so you can live with more freedom, love, and authenticity.
